🎉 Booking & Availability
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Popular dates fill quickly.
How do I secure my date?
A deposit is required to secure your party date. Once your deposit is received, your booking is confirmed.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Surrey and the surrounding areas. Travel may be included within a set radius, with a small fee for locations further afield.

How long do parties last?
Most parties run for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on group size and package chosen.
How many children can attend?
Packages are available for up to 6 guests. Additional guests can be added for an additional £15 per-head fee.

What do I need to provide?
We bring everything needed for the makeover experience. We just require:
- A suitable indoor space
- Access to plug sockets if needed
- Tables/chairs for guests
- Kitchen/Dining room height table (not a coffee table)
We handle the rest.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes. We use child-friendly, skin-safe products suitable for parties. If any guest has allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance.
Can parents stay?
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the experience.

What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
